The security and integrity of your confidential material is Datashreds main priority. We have developed a security and monitoring system that is simply second to none. These systems which have been developed specifically by Datashred guarantee the confidential nature of your materials is maintained at all times. Each aspect of our operation is electronically tracked, monitored and recorded from collection to the time of destruction. A Certificate of Destruction is then automatically generated detailing each element involved.

Our collection staff are fully uniformed and carry photo ID.

Vehicles are alarmed, GPS tracked and CCTV monitored.

A selection of Lockable Security Containers are provided to meet your specific requirements and budget. These containers will be then serviced on a pre arranged basis.

Barcoded Security Seals are attached to all material prior to transportation. Each item is scanned, tracked and recorded at each process stage. Contract clients can view each operation on every item of material by way of their unique password through the Datashred section of our website from their own PC.

Secured and alarmed premises with static guard spotchecks.

Digitally recorded Door Access Systems are fitted to all entry and exit doors of our facility. Each member of staff is supplied an electronic fob which records and restricts access where applicable. This ensures security within the unit is maintained at all times.

Digital CCTV System recording 24hours per day seven days per week.

Internal Security holding areas are used if materials need to be stored overnight prior to shredding .These areas are protected by an additional level of security screens and are protected by day/night CCTV cameras. Access to these areas are strictly restricted and monitored.

Certificate of Destruction detailing all stage elements of collection Transportation and destruction under secured conditions is generated on completion of order.
