Shredding Services

We provide a comprehensive range of shredding services to protect every aspect of your data whether - paper, CD/floppy disc, corporate uniforms or computer hard drives. Materials can be collected from your premises or alternatively you can chose to avail of our “Drop in Service” where you can view the destruction of your material at first hand. Option 1: Contract Shredding Services

Our contract service is ideal for Organisations who regularly generate quantities of confidential information. For a fixed fee we will supply your Organisation with secure containers which are collected on a regular schedule under monitored and controlled conditions. You can choose from a variety of secured containers to suit your specific needs and budget. These containers can be viewed in our Secure Container section.

Option 2: Drop in Shredding Service

This offers customers the option of bringing their confidential material into our Secure Destruction Centre. Customers can supervise the destruction of their own materials at a time of their choosing.

Option 3: On Call Collection Service

Non contract customers can avail of this service by simply phoning Datashred and booking in a collection time with our call centre staff. You can then choose the method of collection by nominating a container type such as wheelie bin, box or by pallet load. A security tag is attached and your data is removed from your premises. We can offer customers an additional service of removing documents from binders, folders etc at a small additional cost.

Option 4: Pre Paid Bag & Tag Service

This is ideal for customers with smaller quantities of materials who need time to sort through their data. Bags & Security Tags can be purchased from our Reception and can be returned for shredding at the customers convenience.

Option 5: Non Confidential Waste Paper Collection (contract customers only)

While Datashred specializes in the destruction of confidential materials we also recognise the importance of proper disposal of your non confidential office paper. Datashred are delighted to offer our contract customers a free collection service for non confidential paper as part of our scheduled collection. A small monthly rental charge for a container is the only additional cost for this service. These materials will be environmentally recycled while at the same time saving you unnecessary waste disposal fees.
